As an ultra-light cruiser equipped with 40 deep-water torpedoes, Jinan's powerful torpedo bursts combined with its rapid-firing guns can instantly melt enemies (Jinan is circling again). Its excellent rudder shift and small hull also enable it to evade shells at long range with a "sea waltz". At close range, broadsiding against large-caliber shells almost certainly leads to overpenetration. Hits from 460mm caliber shells or higher can easily result in citadel hits, so extreme caution is necessary, or you might find yourself back in port.
