Cosmetic Tube Squeezer – Easy Lock Mechanism

Don’t waste your cosmetics anymore!
This cosmetic tube squeezer is designed to efficiently roll and compress tubes, helping you extract nearly all remaining product with minimal effort.

Thanks to the toothed roller and rotation lock mechanism, the tube stays firmly in place while being gradually rolled, preventing unwanted back-unwinding and ensuring consistent pressure on the contents.

⚠️ This model is designed for rolling and squeezing tubes, not for direct dispensing onto brushes or hands.

Compatibility

• Designed for thick laminated cosmetic tubes
• Maximum tube width: 95 mm (3.74 in)
• Tested successfully with tubes up to 275 ml
• Some very tightly filled tubes may not fit initially
  → In such cases, wait until a small amount is used and insert the tube again

• Extremely rough or highly textured laminates may reduce rolling efficiency

Key Slot Options

The model includes 5 different key slot sizes, allowing you to choose the best fit for various tube end thicknesses.

Recommended Print Settings

Base

• Walls: 3
• Infill: 25% Grid

Key Head

• Walls: 3
• Infill: 25% Gyroid

Key Shaft

• Walls: 3
• Infill: 15% Honeycomb

Material Recommendation

• PLA Silk is NOT recommended due to its high brittleness
• For best durability, use:
  • PLA / PLA+
  • PETG
  •  ASA 

PLA Silk may crack or fail under rotational stress, especially on the key shaft and lock mechanism.

Assembly Instructions

1. Select the key shaft with the appropriate slot size.
2. Firmly press the capped end of the key shaft into the hexagonal socket inside the key head until fully seated.
3. Insert the end of the cosmetic tube into the slot in the key.
4. Guide the key through the gear opening in the base and push it in completely.
5. Rotate the key to roll the tube and compress the contents.
