TPU for AMS Napkin Pack

The restaurants I frequent always give out a lot of napkins, and it would be a waste to discard unused ones. This portable TPU pouch can solve this problem perfectly.

It is printed with TPU for AMS. If you find TPU for AMS too stiff and lacking flexibility, this pouch will change your mind. Its surface feels a bit like synthetic leather and is very easy to bend. The trick is never to print TPU for AMS too thick. If printed thinly, its feel is excellent.

Printing and Assembly Guide:

1. I used a Bambu Engineering build plate to print this pouch, applying a thin layer of liquid glue as a release agent before printing. The smooth surface of the engineering build plate gives the pouch's surface a great feel. If you print with other plates, do not use any cold plates or adhesion-enhancing plates.
2. After printing is complete, carefully remove the corner pieces from each of the four corners, then carefully remove the middle part.
3. Place the printed part on a flat surface, with the side that contacted the build plate facing down. Place a stack of napkins (12cmx12cm) in the center of the printed part, aligned with the middle section. First, fold the solid circle piece towards the center, then fold the opposite ring towards the center and snap it onto the solid circle.
4. Fold the left and right rings towards the center and snap them onto the solid circle as well. Assembly is complete.
5. When using, pinch the middle of the first napkin from the center of the long slot on the front and pull it out firmly.
