- Scan-Ready: Precision-fit for standard ISO 7810 ID cards (CR80). Your badge stays locked in place while remaining fully visible and scannable for tap-to-entry systems.
- Lanyard Ready: Integrated heavy-duty loop at the top, compatible with standard lanyards, carabiners, or retractable badge reels.
Multi-Material Flexibility: This model is designed to look incredible in high-contrast colors.
- Note: The Bambu Lab logo gear is an interlocking design that requires an AMS (or similar multi-material system) to achieve the two-tone look.
- For non-AMS users, the Universal Gear can be used and the corner clamps can be printed separately in contrasting colors for a fantastic rugged look on any machine (see last picture)!
- Dual-Card Capacity: Engineered with enough internal clearance to fit up to two standard ID cards, making it perfect for those who carry both a photo ID and a secondary access or transit card.

Align all the three layers of the ID Card Holder in the order shown
Secure with Corner Clamps
Secure the Assembly There are two specific sets of clamps. Pay close attention to the Slotted Clamps (marked in the image).
Solid Clamps (The TOP): These must be installed on the top side (the lanyard loop side). They provide a clean, sturdy frame
Slotted Clamps (The BOTTOM): These are installed on the bottom side. The built-in slot is specifically designed to permit the card to slide into its final resting position
Installation: Align the clamps with the frame and press firmly until they snap into place. This mechanical lock secures all layers together into one solid, rugged unit—no glue required!
