If you like my design, I’d truly appreciate your boost.

Of course, this opener is not meant to last forever, which is why I designed the lever to be replaceable. If it wears out you can simply reprint just the lever instead of the entire model, just clip it out and replace it with a new lever.

Because I only have a Bambulab A1, all the Opener in the video are printed in PLA or PETG.

If your printer supports it, feel free to try printing this in a more robust material.

A short note:

through many test runs, I’ve learned that not all bottles have the exact same shape — even bottles from the same crate can vary slightly. The crown cap can also be pressed on more tightly on one bottle and more loosely on another.

After all, the bottle opener may fit perfectly and work well in some cases, while in others it might work less effectively or not at all. You should be aware of this.

I also cannot guarantee that bottle dimensions are the same in every country; all bottles I used as references are from Germany.

I designed this bottle opener for different Bottles. The model opens the bottle and shoots the crown cap off in a visible and entertaining way.

I tested many different ideas and approaches to find a design that works reliably.
