Reusable Name Plate with Replaceable Date & Time Sections

Many daycares require infant bottles to be labeled with the child’s name, preparation date, and time. Writing everything out on every bottle, every day, gets repetitive fast.

This reusable bottle label solves that problem.

The child’s name is permanently printed into the plate, while two recessed sections are sized specifically for ½ inch (14mm) masking tape. Simply apply tape each day, write the date and time prepared, and peel it off when no longer needed.

The plate includes built-in slots designed to hold a rubber band at the top and bottom, keeping the label securely positioned on standard bottles while remaining easy to remove and transfer.

Printing Notes

This model was printed using an AMS (Automatic Material System) with two different filament colors for the raised text and icon.

The same effect can be achieved without an AMS:

• Insert a manual pause between layers 5 and 6
• Swap filament colors
• Resume printing

This allows clean two-tone text on a single-extruder printer.

Instructions to Edit the Name Text

To customize the name on the label:

1. Open the 3D file in your slicer software.
2. In the Objects panel, locate “First Name” and “Last Name.”

3. Right-click on the object and select Edit Text.
    

   

4. Type your desired name.
5. Slice and print as usual.

The file is fully modifiable within Bambu Studio and designed to make text edits straightforward.
