⚙️ Printing Tips & Settings
I have successfully tested and printed this model several times. To achieve the best results and preserve the details of the Voronoi structure, here is the recommended configuration:
Supports: The use of supports is necessary for overhanging parts (wings and tail)
- Type: Tree
- Style: Organic or Hybrid
- Threshold angle: Between 19° and 30°
- First layer expansion: 12mm (crucial to ensure supports do not detach from the build plate)
- Top Z distance: 0.16mm (this makes removal much easier)
⚠️ Attention to Dimensions (Scale): The model is optimized for its current scale. I strongly advise against scaling it down. Reducing the model's size would make the Voronoi structure walls too thin, leading to fragility or print failures. If you wish to scale it, only do so upwards!
Post-Processing: For support removal, use precision flush cutters and proceed carefully to avoid damaging the dragon's delicate mesh
