This is a simple aerator filter for classic water taps.
It has an M24x1 thread (precisely M23.6) and the STL is a solid.
It should be printed with 0 top shell layers and 0 bottom shell layers, after which you can customize it by increasing or decreasing the infill.
For example, I found 25% rectilinear infill to work well.
