Amateur Radio Hotspot - Pi4 with Nextion Display

This is a snap together case, for a Raspberry Pi4, duplex jumbo hotspot and a fan.  The hotspot and display are from AliExpress.  All you need to add is a fan and cable connector.

To maintain a friction fit, parts are tight.  Parts may not come apart without breaking.

Here are assembly instructions:

1. Either:
   1.  solder the wiring harness for the display directly to the hat, or 
   2. Solder a 4 pin right angle connector to the board (bend up slightly before soldering and test fit to ensure there is room for the display connector
2. Solder the fan wire to the top of the hat
3. Disassemble the hotspot, and remove the SD Card
4. Solder the fan leads to the bottom of the Pi, or the top of the hat.  The top two pins are +5v and the third is ground

1. Place the Pi in the case.  You may have to bend the case slightly to allow the audio jack to fit into place. Ensure the board is seated on the pins
2. Place the board spacer on the pins
3. Insert the fan with the wiring facing up
4. Put the hat on the Pi and ensure that the pins are seated properly
5. Place the display board in the top.  Ensure that the SD card aligns with the SD Card slot
6. Place the display spacer on the board
7. Feed the display cable through the hole and connect it to the board
8. Before final assembly, install the SD Card and plug in the Pi and make sure everything is working as expected
9. Place the lid on the case.  Slide in from the side toward the Ethernet port and USB’s 
10. Carefully push the display cover onto the backplate while supporting the backplate.  Push until the pins are at least flush with the back of the mounting place
11. Install the two antennas
12. Get on the air and have fun
