99 card game optional ams

99 is a math-based card shedding game.

 Players add card values to a running total trying not to exceed 99. When a player cannot play a card without exceeding 99, they lose the match. When a player loses a determined number of matches, (3-5) they are eliminated for the game. 

Action card instructions are listed on the lid of the dual deck card holder.

Objective is to avoid bringing the total sum of cards above 99. 

Players start with three cards. On first card played, sum is stated and play rotates (clockwise unless reversed). Player draws a card to replenish their hand. On next card played, the new sum is announced or action preformed and the player draws a card. If a player forgets to draw a card before the next player draws, that player forfeits that draw and plays with less than three cards for the remainder of the match.

*King/99 does not end the match. 9 /pass, 4/reverse, 10/-10 and King/99 can all be played when the sum is 99.
