Update 2/24/26

Removed brim from print profiles

Here is my smell-proof doob tube/joint box/cigarette box!

This is my joint-only doob tube, and I have another model that can also hold a BIC or Clipper lighter here

The two print profiles for 1 ¼ and King size papers are sized at 70mm and 100mm respectively. This is just the distance from the bottom to the top of each cylinder, so longer J's can be stored but too long and they may interfere with the lid closing.

To assemble, you will need three (3) M3x35mm socket head machine screws (I used these from Amazon, which have a head with a 5.4mm diameter and 3mm depth) and one (1) 35mm OD x 2.5mm width O-ring (I used these from Amazon) The screw head clearance is a 6mm diameter

I also included two plates that use a Beam Interlocked TPU 85A/90A O-ring if you have an H2D or H2C! I think the O-ring works better and is more cost efficient, but if you'd like to try it out and don't feel like buying O-rings it still works great!

When screwing in the top latch screw, do not over-tighten, or the lid will bow and interfere with the box closing.

I would recommend printing each of the three pieces one at a time to avoid layer lines on the taller pieces.

I printed in PLA but PETG would work well too. I sliced it with pretty dense settings (5 walls, gyroid, 25% infill) to maximize smell-proofing. Feel free to increase these to your heart's content.
