🔧 Assembly Instructions (DIY Hinge) 🔧

The hinge system is designed to be indestructible and simple 🧠:

  1. Align the cap with the main body 📏.
  2. Insert a short piece of 1.75mm filament through the hinge hole 🧵.
  3. Trim the filament, leaving about 1mm protruding on each side ✂️.
  4. Melt/Burn the tips slightly with a lighter 🔥 and press them flat against a surface to create a permanent, heavy-duty pivot pin! 🕯️

For the best professional finish and mechanical strength, use these parameters:

  • 🧪 Filament: PLA (for precision) or PETG (best for clip flexibility and heat resistance 💎).
