How It Works

RollTight uses a ratcheting system to wind material in one direction while preventing it from unwinding. This allows you to progressively tighten rolls without losing tension.

However:

• If you prefer a free-spinning roller
• Or don’t want ratcheting resistance

Simply leave out the spring and locking arm during assembly.

This converts the unit into a bi-directional free-spinning winder. Clean. Simple. Your choice.

Assembly & Customisation

• Easy multi-part assembly

• No complex tolerances required

For improved component mating:

• There is the option to glue in 4x small magnets
• This increases holding force between the two main body sections
• Especially useful if using higher torque or thicker materials

Magnets are optional. The unit works without them.
