Description
Most factory bar covers are thin, loose, and crack after a short time. This replacement is designed to be tougher, cover more of the chain, and go on without fighting it.
The shell uses thicker walls and reinforced geometry for better durability. The bar and chain sit deeper inside the cover for improved protection during transport or storage. It slides on easily and doesn’t rely on fragile snap tabs that eventually break.
To secure it, just wrap a rubber band or hair tie around the outer grooves. That tension holds it firmly in place and makes removal just as simple.

If your bar dimensions are slightly different, open the parametric file and tweak the sizing to match. Enter your dimensions exactly as measured, the clearances between the saw and the cover is built into the file.
Printing Notes
PLA works well for general use and indoor storage.
PETG is recommended if the cover will live in a hot truck or see rougher handling.
