🖨️ Print Settings

• recommended: PLA or PETG
• print flat on the top side on the print bed
• Best to print on a Smooth PEI Plate or High Temp Plate for a smooth top surface
• depending on the printer, possibly with a slight brim for better adhesion

🔧 Fit / Tolerances

Since this is a **clamping plug-in system**, very small dimensional deviations play a big role:
Even **0.1–0.2 mm difference** can significantly affect the clamping force

Depending on the printer and material, the fit can vary, e.g. due to:

• slightly damp filament
• different filament brands or material types
• print temperature and flow rate
• cooling and shrinkage during cooling

💡 Tip: If the clamping is too tight or too loose, a small adjustment of the print settings or a different filament type can help
