Media reactor designed for installation in the aquarium sump, ideal for holding activated carbon, phosphate-removing resins, or other chemical media used in marine and reef systems.

The design is optimized to work with a Sicce Micra 300, providing a constant and adequate flow for this type of chemical filtration without generating excessive turbulence that degrades the filter material.

It allows for uniform water flow through the media, improving efficiency and helping maintain stable water quality.

🔧 Required components (not included)

For the correct assembly and operation of the reactor, the following elements are needed:

• Sicce Micra 300
• Black filter sponges (to prevent carbon or resin particles from passing through the internal discs)
• Aquarium-safe silicone
• Acrylic cylinder of 120 mm diameter and 30 cm height
• O-ring of 125 mm x 1.9 mm (to ensure proper sealing)

⚠️ It is essential to install the sponges between the discs to prevent fine carbon or resin particles from circulating freely through the system.
