This is a Parametric Model. Click the "Customize" button to generate a jig that perfectly fits your exact material thickness (cardboard, plywood, acrylic, etc.).

• Branches: Select the shape (2=L, 3=T, 4=X).
• Thickness: Enter your exact material thickness (e.g., 3mm, 5.5mm).
• Dimensions: Adjust the overall length and height of the arms.

• Perfect Glue-ups: Stop struggling with misaligned corners. This tool guarantees 90° angles for gluing or clamping.
• Smart Design: Includes chamfers for easy insertion and automatically engraved text on top to quickly identify the slot size in your workshop.
• Versatile Usage:
  • L-Shape (2 arms): For standard 90° box corners and frames.
  • T-Shape (3 arms): For joining a center divider to an outer wall.
  • X-Shape (4 arms): For intersecting grid dividers (drawer inserts).

🖨️ Recommended Print Settings Optimized for fast printing while maintaining structural accuracy:

• Material: PLA or PETG.
• Layer Height: 0.20mm (Standard) or 0.24mm (Draft) for faster prints.
• Walls: 2 loops are sufficient for light cartonnage. Use 3 to 4 loops if using it as a heavy-duty corner clamp for woodworking.
• Infill: 10% to 15% (Gyroid or Lightning patterns to save material).
• Wall Generator: Arachne (Highly recommended to ensure the engraved text prints clearly).
• Supports: NONE. Prints flat on the bed.
