Description

After upgrading my AMS with a SUNLU dryer, I found myself with an "extra" original lid. Instead of letting such a high-quality component go to waste, I designed the BMS (Box for Material Storage).

This project is specifically born from the need to repurpose the original Bambu Lab lid after the SUNLU modification. It transforms your spare lid into a sleek, functional, and matching storage unit for your printing station.

✨ Key Features:

Smart Upcycling: Specifically designed for those who have installed a SUNLU dryer and want to reuse the original AMS top.
Gridfinity Compatible (Optional): You can print an internal Gridfinity base to perfectly organize your tools and small parts using the popular modular system.
Dry Storage Ready: I've included 4 filament exit holes on the back wall. This allows you to use the BMS as a dry box to feed your printer directly.
Custom Plugs Included: If you don't need the filament exits, the model includes specific plugs to keep the box sealed.
No-Fuss Assembly: No need to salvage hinges or hardware. The lid is designed to fit onto the BMS body for quick and easy access.
