Description

The No-Slip Rope Hanger is a compact 3D-printed hook designed to securely hang gear from rope, paracord, or clotheslines without sliding. I originally designed it to dry my hockey gear on my apartment balcony using an old skate lace as a line. Instead of cluttering the railing or floor, this hook creates vertical hanging space, improves airflow, and helps gear dry faster.

The friction slot design grips the rope to prevent shifting, while the curved hook provides a stable hanging point for equipment, clothing, or accessories.

Specs

  • Overall size: 1.5" x 1.5"
  • Hook depth: 0.75"
  • Material thickness: 3 mm
  • Designed for use with rope, paracord, skate lace, or clothesline

Use Cases

  • Drying hockey gear, pads, gloves, or helmets
  • Hanging camping equipment
  • Clothesline organization
  • Utility hanging for balconies, garages, or outdoor setups

Simple, lightweight, and easy to print, this hook maximizes small spaces and keeps gear organized and off the ground.
