Description
Rules are as follows:
Each player has 4 pieces, which are placed sequentially on the board. During the game, you can choose to move a tic-tac-toe square without placing a new piece. After all 4 pieces have been placed, you can move your own colored pieces. The player whose pieces of their color form a 3-in-a-row straight line on the tic-tac-toe grid after the final piece is placed or a tic-tac-toe square is moved is the winner.
