Handsfree Smartphone Holder – BiteMount System
This 3D printed mouth-operated smartphone holder allows completely handsfree filming.
Fits smartphones
The system is designed to be held securely between the teeth using a reinforced bite section, providing stable and direct POV positioning of the smartphone.
The mount keeps the phone vertically aligned in front of the user’s face and is ideal for:
• Handsfree recording
• Tactical or outdoor use
• DIY / workshop filming
• Content creation
• Situations where both hands must remain free
Suitable for smartphones with cases.
Minimum display width: 73 mm.
Maximum width: 88 mm.
Minimum thickness: 6 mm.
Maximum thickness: 16 mm.
(When using 80 mm long screws, maximum width: 98 mm.)
For assembly, 1× M5 × 70 mm or 80 mm screw and 1× M5 nut are also required.
The structure is optimized for strength and stability while remaining lightweight.
The bite section distributes pressure evenly for better comfort during short-term use.
Print orientation and strength settings are important for safety and durability.
Use strong materials (e.g. PETG, ASA, Nylon or reinforced filament recommended).
