Description
These 3D printed coloring plates turn standard coloring into a fun, tactile craft. The raised, bold outlines help guide kids' hands, making it easier to trace and color within the lines while adding a satisfying 3D element to their artwork. For the best coloring experience, standard kids' markers or crayons work perfectly. Printing these plates on Matte PLA is highly recommended, as the slightly textured surface allows marker ink and wax to grip the plastic much better than standard glossy PLA, resulting in vibrant, solid colors.
Recommended Print Settings:
- Layer Height: 0.2mm (Standard Profile)
- Material: Matte White PLA. (Highly recommended! The matte texture grips washable markers and crayons significantly better than standard glossy PLA).
- Slicer Settings: "Detect thin walls" MUST be turned ON. This guarantees the slicer won't skip over any of the bold outlines or intricate character details during generation.
NOTE: The build plates in their current configuration are not A1 Mini compatible, the plates will need to be spread out over the smaller plates.
