š ļø Adding a Skewer Hole to the Model (no hole print profile

Follow these steps to add a correctly sized skewer hole to the model.

1ļøā£ Measure the Skewer Diameter
Use the Skewer Measuring Device to find the correct diameter for your skewer:

2ļøā£ Open and Prepare the Model
- Open the model in Bambu Studio
- Center the object on the build plate
- Right-click the object ā Fix Model
ā ļø This step is important ā the Mesh Boolean operation may fail if the model is not fixed.
3ļøā£ Add the Hole Geometry
- Select the model
- Click Add Part ā Cylinder
- Center the cylinder
- Set the cylinder dimensions:
- X & Y: skewer diameter you measured
- Z (height): 12 mm (hole length)
4ļøā£ Position the Cylinder
- Set the cylinder X (object coordinate) to 3 mm
- Set the cylinder Z (world coordinate) to 6 mm
(half of the hole length)
š Visually confirm that the cylinder and the model are correctly aligned before continuing.
5ļøā£ Subtract the Hole
- Select both the model and the cylinder
- Use Mesh Boolean ā Subtract
You should now have one object with the correctly sized skewer hole.
6ļøā£ Final Print Settings
- Select the finished model
- Click Variable Layer Height
- Choose Adaptive (default settings work well)
7ļøā£ Slice and Print š

- Material: PLA
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 15ā20%
- Supports: Not required

š„ Important Usage Instructions
Just push the chocolate from the top into the holder. The bottom wrapper will allow it to slide in and then lock in place.
ā ļø Do NOT pry the arms open
The chocolate should fit in easily, but in case it does not:
- Do NOT force the arms apart
- The arms are rigid by design and will snap if forced
- Instead, gently apply heat:
- Use a heat gun, hot air station, or hair dryer
- Warm the arms slightly until they become flexible
- Insert the chocolate and allow the holder to cool
PLA softens with heat ā this allows for safe adjustment.
