Description

This retro-inspired “Google Nest Mini” speaker enclosure is designed to capture the look and feel of classic vintage radios, while housing modern audio hardware in a vintage way.

The 'Music Google' tag is a creative play on words and is meant to be read as a question. However, I’ve also included a blank version of the front panel without any alignment dots, so you can fully customize it with your own text or logo!

Perfect as a desk accessory, living room piece or gift for audio and retro/vintage lovers 🎶

  • Layer Height: 0.2mm
  • Supports: No supports needed!
  • Note: My print profile uses a slowed down speed to ensure a clean finish without the need for support material.
  • Walls: 2 Walls
  • Infill: 10% (Gyroid recommended)
  • Assembly: The dots on the front panel are for alignment only. Use a small drop of superglue to secure the name tags in place. The buttons and feet are alligned also so just need glue.

🔌 Flexible cable routing

Two cable exit holes are included, allowing users to choose whether the cable exits on the left or right side depending on their personal setup.

💡 LED-ready interior (optional)

This version does not include built-in LED mounting features, but sufficient internal space is available for users who may wish to integrate their own LED lighting solution.

🧩 Assembly & mounting

  • The feet and front buttons must be glued in place after printing
  • The Google speaker itself is secured using a printable screw connection, ensuring a solid and reliable fit
  • The front panel features small alignment dots to help you perfectly center the name tags. No more guessing—just add a drop of glue and snap them into place!

This design keeps the exterior clean while remaining maker-friendly and customizable.
