Bill of Materials

List other parts
  • Heated Insert (6mm) x 1: Or if you can find choose the standard mic socket (1/4" or so)
  • M4 Screw Hex Socket x 2:
  • M4 Wing Nut x 2:
  • (M6) Hex Socket Screw x 1: Like your heated insert

Description

This is a Holder for the vintage Sennheiser MD419.

It includes

  • the gripper so the thing that grabs the mic directly which I highly recommend to print out of TPU.
  • the holder so the general thing that fixes the gripper in place
  • an adapter to connect the holder to a 20mm rod
  • A base that can be filled with beton for stability

How to build:

If you decide to use the base: Fill it with beton

Find a 20mm diameter rod and crew it to the base from the underside.

You need to insert two M4 screws from the inside into the gripper and fix it to the holder woth preferably two wing nuts.

You should also insert a heated insert into the Holder to connect it to the adapter or different equipment.

Done. Have Fun

I wish you a lot of fun and would love to hear from your experiences.
