🛠️ Technical Details & Print Settings
The base plates feature a hole pattern that is perfectly matched to the included modules. Due to the surface texturing (as seen in the pictures), the system also looks very high-quality.
- Material: I recommend PLA for the plates (dimensional stability) and PETG for the holders (flexibility/toughness)
- Layer Height: 0.2 mm for a good balance between print time and precision
- Wall Lines: At least 3-4 walls for the holders, so that the screw holes are stable
- Infill: 20% (Gyroid recommended for uniform stability)
- Supports: Most parts are designed to be printed without supports
🔧 Assembly
- Print the desired number of base plates
- Slide them together using the dovetail connections
- Choose your module and attach it with standard screws (e.g., M4x8 TX8 or small wood screws, depending on hole size) at the desired position
- Mount the entire board to the wall or in your drawer
