Toothpaste Squeezer – External Gear

Don’t waste your toothpaste anymore!
This toothpaste tube squeezer is designed to efficiently roll and compress standard tubes, helping you extract nearly all remaining content with minimal effort.

Thanks to the external gear mechanism and secure key engagement, the tube stays firmly in position while being gradually rolled, preventing unwanted back-unwinding and ensuring smooth, controlled pressure.

The model is available in four surface pattern variants, allowing you to choose the style that best matches your preference or bathroom setup.

⚠️ This model is designed for rolling and squeezing toothpaste tubes — it is NOT a dispenser.

Compatibility

Designed for standard toothpaste tubes.

Maximum tube width:
55 mm (≈ 2.16 in)

Best performance is achieved with typical laminated toothpaste tubes with smooth outer surfaces.

Very thick tube seams or extremely textured laminates may slightly reduce rolling smoothness.

Material Recommendation

PLA Silk is NOT recommended due to its high brittleness.

For best durability, use:

• PLA / PLA+
• PETG
• ASA

PLA Silk may crack or fail under rotational stress, especially on the key shaft and gear engagement areas.

Assembly Instructions

  1. Select the key shaft with the slot size that best fits your toothpaste tube end thickness.
  2. Firmly press the capped end of the key shaft into the hexagonal socket inside the key head until it is fully seated and secure.
  3. Insert the flattened end of the toothpaste tube sideways into the slot in the key shaft.
    Slide it in from the side opening, not from the top.
    If the fit is loose, fold the tube end once for a tighter grip.
  4. Guide the assembled key through the side opening of the base and push it in completely until it engages with the external gear.
  5. Rotate the key to gradually roll the tube and compress the contents while the gear mechanism prevents back-unwinding.
