Description

This camber gauge tool is designed to accurately measure and set the camber angle of RC cars, helping improve handling, stability, and overall performance.

It was originally designed for 1/10 scale RC cars, it can be scaled for different RC car sizes by following the scaling guide below.
 

Following feedback from the community, this V2 version features a reduced measurement range and increased precision for more accurate setup:

The tool features a camber measurement range from -4° to +4°, which covers the most common RC setups, with 0.5° step markings for improved precision.

Requirements

  • One M3 screw (≥6 mm) as pivot pin.
  • 0.2 mm nozzle required for printing engraved markings and angle scale; larger nozzles will produce unreadable or inaccurate markings.
     

Scaling Guide

You can scale the model depending on your RC car size. The arm length should be as close as possible to the wheel diameter so that the gauge can rest on the surface properly, providing a more accurate measurement:

  • 1:10 → 100% (Arm length: 8cm)
  • 1:8 → 150% (Arm length: 12cm)
  • 1:7 → 175% (Arm Length: 14cm)

⚠️ Note: Scaling the model down below 1:10 is not recommended, as the engraved markings and angle steps will become too small to read or print accurately.
