Avata 2 Dual Aurora A3 Tactical Light Mount
Rugged. Purpose-Driven. Built for Real Work.
This custom-designed front clip light mount allows you to securely attach two USB-C rechargeable RovyVon Aurora A3 Keychain lights to your Avata 2, one on each side of the camera, delivering balanced forward illumination without obstructing the lens or flight sensors.
Originally engineered from scratch for professional tactical applications, this mount is optimized for durability, stability, and rapid deployment in demanding environments.

Recommended Materials (IMPORTANT)
This mount is designed for strength and impact resistance.
PLA is NOT recommended
PLA may deform under heat, impact, or extended operational stress.
Minimum Material: PETG (PETG-CF or PET-CF is also acceptable)
PETG provides adequate durability for light-duty and recreational use.
Best Performance: PA6-CF (Carbon Fiber Nylon)
Carbon fiber reinforced nylon provides:
- Superior impact resistance
- Heat stability
- Reduced flex under vibration
- Professional-grade rigidity
The included PA6-CF profile is tuned specifically for “high-performance structural prints” and has been tested for this application. If you have CF capability, this is the preferred option.

- NOTE: DO NOT use this profile for filaments other than CF based ones.

Both profiles are ready to slice and print in Bambu Studio or directly from the Handy App.
Print Notes
- Ensure good bed adhesion (CF materials especially).
- Dry PA6-CF thoroughly before printing.
- Inspect clip engagement before flight.
- Always test at low altitude before operational use.
