Clothes Drying Rack Repair Clip (3mm Rod)

Have you ever had a rod snap off your laundry drying rack? Instead of throwing the whole rack away, you can snap it back into place with this custom-designed repair clip.

This model is designed to bridge the connection between the main frame and the internal 3mm drying rods. It features a secure "snap-fit" C-clamp for the main frame and a dedicated socket for the 3mm wire rod.

Print Settings Recommendations

To ensure the clip has enough "spring" to snap on without snapping the plastic, I recommend the following:

• Material: PETG is highly recommended for its flexibility and heat resistance (especially if your drying rack sits in the sun or near a heater). PLA can work but may be more brittle.
• Orientation: Print on its side (as shown in the CAD screenshot)
