NOTE:

I am finding some having issues with printing the “stick” portion, most have not had issues so please ensure your filament profiles are good and your machine is operating correctly.

SOME of the issues with not being able to screw together is due to improper removal of supports and misaligned heads. I have updated the assembly part and also give you multiple ways to print this part

 

Print the two heads

Remove all suports from the plate side of the heads

Glue the two parts of the heads together. Slide your card in. Then screw the two sections of the wand handle.

First few times screwing the wand to the head Hold right below and above the threads it will be tight the first few times and will loosen with use.

EASY trick to gluing and keeping alignment- screw the two heads into the stem before gluing then put your small amount of glue in and clamp or hold it while glue dries. This method should allow you to align the threads properly and hopefully remove the issues people are having with the threaded portions not working.
