K02-50 Chuck Stopper for Makera Carvera Air 4-Axis

This is a dedicated chuck stopper for the K02-50 4-jaw chuck included with the Makera Carvera / Carvera Air 4th Axis module.

Main uses & benefits

• Consistent, repeatable positioning
  The stopper acts as a physical reference surface, allowing you to push the stock to a consistent depth/position inside the chuck. This is especially useful for stock under Ø15 mm, ensuring repeatable clamping even when you swap the stock multiple times, which helps prevent dimensional variation.
• Faster setup
  Simply insert the stock and seat it against the stopper to locate it quickly. This can significantly reduce setup time and improve workflow efficiency.
  The default thickness is 3 mm, but you can adjust the Z scale to 3D print it at any thickness you want.

Modding idea

By editing the original STEP file, you can also create a centering jig for flat plate stock, like the one shown in my video (02:17).
