Description
Adapter plate to suit Topeak MTX pannier rack rail mount, specifically for an older model of Roswheel bike bag with bottom velcro straps.
Required Hardware:
- 8 M3x10 socket cap screws
- 2 M3x25 socket cap screws
- 2 M3 square nuts (hex will work too)
