This new profile will save 49 minutes of print time and ~24% of filament(If the original model was scaled up to the same size as the new model). The inside wall of the trap is angled rather than 90 degrees to save on filament and reduce print time. I also added a fillet to the bottom of the rod/screw to help prevent it from breaking as easily. It will still break if too much force is applied, please be gentle.

-----Original Post-----

I had printed out this slug trap and it works great but the lid kept getting knocked off. This one is based off of that but I built it from scratch.

Instructions:

Fill with beer, screw on lid and place in your garden.

Slugs are attracted to beer so much that they'll drown in it. Bye bye slugs! Well really they're attracted to the yeast in the beer so you could use a yeast mix.

Since this will be used outside, if printed in PLA, heat and sunlight will quickly deform it. I strongly suggest you print with PETG or better.
