Mounjaro 5th Dose Adapter - Plunger Reuse

Description

This project allows extracting the residual fifth dose from the Mounjaro KwikPen. The plunger is designed to reuse the original push rod, ensuring maximum robustness and ease of 3D printing in PLA. It includes external and internal guide grooves for inserting the pin and its existing fit into the hole, for a perfect engagement.

Usage Instructions

1. Disassembly: After the 4th dose, use pliers and unscrew the knob until the mechanism comes out.
2. Assembly: Insert the original pin into the 3D printed plunger (guided by the internal separator). Press firmly until the top part snaps into place.
3. Injection: Insert the new block into the pen, push the pin until it touches the inner rubber, and proceed with the injection.
