This cookie cutter set is specially designed to create the famous âBis-Crostataâ, a modular tart with an incredible visual effect, 28cm in diameter.
Thanks to these cutters, you can create a sliced tart where each slice can have a different filling: jam, hazelnut cream, pistachio... satisfying the tastes of the whole family in a single dessert!
đŚ What the project contains:
The set includes templates for cutting pastry with extreme precision:
- Cookie cutter for central slices
- Cookie cutter for outer edges
đ¨đł How to use:
- Roll out your favorite shortcrust pastry.
- Use the cutters to cut the solid base and the perforated "lids".
- Place the bases on the baking sheet, add the various fillings to the center of each portion, and cover with the perforated pastry.
- Bake and get ready to impress your guests!
đ¨ď¸ 3D Printing Tips:
- Material: PLA or PETG is recommended. (Note: PLA is not dishwasher safe; wash by hand with lukewarm water).
- Infill: 15-20% is sufficient.
- Supports: Not necessary. The models are ready to be printed flat.
Note on food safety: FDM 3D prints have micro-fissures where bacteria can lodge. Make sure to wash the cookie cutters thoroughly after each use or, for added safety, lay a layer of cling film over the pastry before pressing the cutter.
