Helmet Plume for Modern Tactical Helmet

For the past two months, I've been pondering how to make tactical helmets look a bit more Chinese or retro... Ultimately, between options like adding spikes to the top, brims, or chainmail, I chose to add a helmet plume. Unexpectedly, the Dark Zone also adopted this decoration. The main body is 3D Printed TPU (considering impacts during field use), and the 'wig' is fixed with poured glue, with Velcro at the bottom.
