Filament Dryer Box (for A1 mini, extra-large air contact area, desiccant saving)

Filament dryer with a very large air contact area, suitable for Bambu Lab original filament spools, and partially compatible with spools from other manufacturers. Can also be printed by A1 mini printer. The dryer will not interfere with the normal rotation of filament spools in AMS pro 1/2 and AMS HT. Print once, install once, no need to disassemble during the entire lifespan of a spool of filament. The dryer has been rounded and all sharp parts have been removed, so there is no need to worry about cutting your hands or tearing the sealed bag. The grid gap is 1mm, which effectively prevents orange silica gel desiccant from falling out of the gaps after cracking. It is highly recommended to use 3-5mm diameter silica gel desiccant and molecular sieve desiccant. Through actual testing, with indoor humidity at 60%, it can maintain the humidity inside a 4L container below 20%, with excellent results. It is recommended to print with PETG filament. This way, when using a dryer to dry the filament, you can also dry the silica gel desiccant at the same time. For filaments that require higher drying temperatures, please use materials with better temperature resistance to make the dryer, such as ABS/ASA, otherwise, drying together may cause the dryer to deform. To facilitate adding silica gel desiccant and molecular sieve desiccant to the dryer, I additionally designed a funnel, which can save a lot of trouble.
