Description
Overview
A complete, futuristic armor set designed for high-concept cosplay and cyberpunk themes. This collection includes modular plates for the forearms, shoulders, and lower legs, engineered to provide a sleek, "augumented" look without sacrificing mobility. The aesthetic draws inspiration from industrial sci-fi, featuring recessed panel lines and circular connector ports.
The Kit Includes
- Neural-Link Hand Chassis: Detailed back-of-hand plating designed to sit securely over gloves.
- Articulated Finger Augments: Individual digit segments that allow for full range of motion while maintaining the robotic aesthetic.
- Modular Arm Guards: Multi-part forearm plating with integrated paneling and connector ports.
- Tactical Greaves & Pauldrons: Reinforced leg and shoulder armor to complete the full-body "augmented" look.
Assembly Instructions: The "Glove Method"
To achieve the high-quality look shown in the photos, follow these steps:
- Base Glove Selection: Use a thin, breathable black or white compression glove (e.g., spandex or technical fabric) to allow for maximum flexibility.
- Placement: Put the glove on a mannequin hand or have a second person help you. Flex your hand to ensure the plates are positioned over the knuckles, not the joints.
- Adhesion: Use a flexible adhesive (such as E6000 or a specialized fabric glue). Apply a small amount to the underside of each 3D-printed segment and press firmly onto the glove.
- Curing: Allow the glue to cure fully while the glove is slightly stretched to prevent the fabric from bunching when the hand is closed.
