Description

This dust boot design represents a dozen iteration and hours of learning Fusion for me and I am happy to share it here with the CNC and 3D Printer community. 
Hopefully some of you can find it useful for your setups, I am sure I have missed or forgot something so please reach out with any advise or improvements. 

I have added Print Profiles for several of the most common combinations to support 65mm and 80mm Spindles as well as 2.5" and 4" Dust Hoses so please see those above. 
**Due to the way the Bristles are generated the Maker World Generator is very slow, I have added the Bristles to the Print Profiles above and I am looking at ways to make this faster but you might want to use Fusion if you really want to customize the Bristles as it gets pretty frustrating pretty fast. 
 

The model has been tested now with several CNC models including the AltMill, Longmill and the Genmitsu Prover 4030 with 80mm Spindle. 

Due to constraints with the Z axis design this will not fit Onefinity machines with a 80mm spindle, but may fit if you have a 65mm spindle.
