Description

No AMS. I designed this 15 Character Amiibo display stand to organize our collection of Animal Crossing Amiibo Party characters.  I designed it into sections so that it can be printed without supports and without an AMS (Because I don't own one) on my P1S. There are essentially 5 components in the print profile. Upper and Lower Grass sections, Base Plate sections that attach to the underside of each grass section, the Cliffs themselves and then some small clips that hold each cliff section together and ensure the seams remain tight.

Material:

I used the OVERTURE Matte Light Brown PLA for the main cliffs and the base plates. However, you could really use and extra filament you have laying around for the base plates since they are completely covered once you have characters in place on the stand.

I used eSUN Green PLA Basic for the grass. I had few curling problems on the corners of the grass sections. I ended up using some PVA glue to make sure the corners of the plates didn't curl while cooling. I think if I would have gone in and slowed down the print that would have worked too, but a warm water and a rag was all it took to clean off the PVA glue residue from both the part and the print plate, so it wasn't worth slowing it down in my opinion.
