Steering stop for IMR Pitbikes if the original one tore off like mine, so the handlebars no longer hit the oil cooler.
Initially, I designed it for an M6 screw and realized during installation that I didn't have a long enough M6 screw. Now I have designed a second version and screwed it with an M8 threaded rod and two nuts.
Since the stop is only clamped between the frame, I printed it from TPU to prevent slipping. It also works well because it gently dampens the handlebars.
To prevent the TPU 95A from yielding too much in a fall, it was printed with 80% infill and a honeycomb pattern to maintain a certain stability.
