Description

Ozito / Einhell Battery Charger Wall Mount

I designed this wall mount to securely mount my Ozito/Einhell battery chargers to the wall.

While there are similar designs available, many of them use printed plastic pins to retain the charger. In my experience, these pins tend to snap easily either immediately or after some use. To solve this problem, this mount is designed to use M4 hex head bolts instead of printed pins, providing a much stronger and more reliable mounting solution.

Design Features

  • Uses 3 × 16 mm M4 hex head bolts to securely retain the charger
  • Offset bolt holes ensure the charger aligns centrally once slid into place
  • Two 4 mm recessed holes for wall mounting
  • 11 mm thick body for improved strength and durability
  • Designed with 6 walls/perimeters, allowing 10% infill while maintaining strength

Bolt Installation

The three bolt holes are intentionally sized slightly smaller than the bolts. The bolts can be threaded directly into the plastic, creating a tight and secure fit.

  • Bolt diameter: 3.87 mm
  • Mount hole diameter: 3.80 mm

Install the bolts by screwing them into the holes until they sit flush with the rear of the mount. Once installed, the charger will slide on and lock into position correctly.

Print Notes

I have printed multiple mounts without fitment issues using a well-calibrated printer.

If the bolt holes print slightly oversized on your printer:

  • Adjust your printer calibration/settings, or
  • Use a small amount of super glue to secure the bolts if the fit is only slightly loose.

Scaling

Scaling the model is not recommended, as it will affect bolt fitment and reduce the structural strength of the mount. If you do scale the model, you will need to use appropriately sized bolts.

Hardware Required

  • 3 × 16 mm M4 Hex Head Bolts

Thank you for taking the time to check out my model & happy printing 🙂👍
