Two-tone Magnetic Card Holder
Print Profile(1)

Description
The card holder can accommodate two standard cards, such as ID cards, bank cards, ID/IC cards, transit cards, etc.;
The card holder is connected by a hinge, closing with 4-6 magnets (6mm diameter, 3mm thick), and a small piece of filament can be inserted into the hinge pin;
When swiping cards, if interference occurs, there's no need to remove the cards; simply unfold to complete the action;
The card holder surface features fuzzy skin printing, which enhances grip and hides surface imperfections from the printing process;
A hole sleeve is provided for installation in the hanging hole; if it's a bit tight, you can lightly sand the opening before installation;
Three small covers are provided to conceal the magnets for you to choose from, including cross, slot, and hex;
You can also adjust the color scheme yourself or add custom text to the surface in Bambu Studio.
Printing and assembly process:
1. Print (the main body of the card holder is recommended to use durable materials like PETG)
2. Install the hole sleeve
3. Install 4-6 magnets (ensure correct orientation) and cover them with the small caps. If loose, use super glue to secure them.
4. Cut a 93mm length of filament (PETG recommended) and insert it into the hinge hole to serve as the pivot. If a more reliable pivot is desired, leave an extra 1mm on both sides, heat and soften it, then press it into the small holes (there are reserved spaces on both sides of the holes)
