This is not a basic 2D text extrusion or a simple tag. This is a fully parametric OpenSCAD tool. The algorithm dynamically calculates a continuous structural outline around user-defined typography and applies complex 3D boolean operations (difference()) across three configurable axes (X, Y, Z) to generate perfectly toleranced cylindrical tunnels for various objects, making it a highly functional and structurally advanced utility.

🛠️ Customizer Features

• Your Text: Enter any name. The script automatically calculates the perfect outline.
• Typography Control: Adjust the Font Boldness to make thin fonts robust and printable. You can also tweak the Letter Spacing to prevent letters from fusing together.
• High Resolution: Choose your curve quality. Set to 'Ultra' for perfectly smooth, high-detail edges.
• Hole Sizing:
  • 7.8mm: Standard Hexagonal/Round Pencil.
  • 6.0mm: Standard Drinking Straw.
  • 10.0mm: Smoothie Straw.
  • 4.0mm: USB Cable / Charger Cord.
• 3-Way Orientation: Choose X_Axis (Left to Right) for pencils, Y_Axis (Bottom to Top) for straws, or Z_Axis (Front to Back) for keychains and lanyards.
• Full XYZ Adjustments: Shift the hole in any direction to balance the weight if you have a very long name or an asymmetrical font.

🖨️ Print Settings

This model is designed for a simple color swap, even without an AMS.

• Material: PLA, PETG, or TPU (for a flexible grip).
• Infill: 15% is strong enough.
• Walls: 2 or 3 walls.
• Supports: Required (Minimal).
  • Horizontal Hole: Use "Tree Supports" (Auto). The hole bridges well, but supports ensure it's perfectly round.
  • Vertical Hole: Usually no supports needed if printed flat.
• Color Change:
  • The text is raised 1.0mm above the base.
  • Add a Pause at layer height 10.2mm (if using default settings) to swap filament color for the text.
