Adjustable Massage Board - Psoas, Back, Neck etc

An adjustable one-size-fits-all solution for psoas + illiopsoas massaging, as well as for neck, lower back, leg, etc. 

Adjustments are on a 1cm scale, which is more granular than any other similar product on the market (both 3d printed and actual). The design itself is less aggressive than the other adjustable psoas design on my profile (https://makerworld.com/en/models/801274-hip-and-psoas-curved-massage-tool), but I prefer it as a more general massage solution.

This requires more filament and time to print than similar designs, but is generally a more robust solution overall. The board has rectangular holes mostly for extra reinforcement from walls.

NOTE: The 3mf file includes internal ribs for the massage heads, which may be lost if you download only the STL files.

Features:

• Adjustable distance between heads, from around 10cm to 32cm
• Reinforced massage heads. Less infill and more walls
• 2 head types and 4 variants: Straight (thin + wide), and curved (long + short). The thin straight and long curved heads are a tiny bit more aggressive. The wide straight and short curved are more similar to the Thrival products.

If you want to adjust the print profile, I'd suggest 5+ walls on the board and heads, and 3+ walls on the inserts. I personally printed mine with a 0.6mm nozzle, but the profile is for 0.4mm because it's more common.
