OrgaGrid
Welcome to OrgaGrid, the flexible divider system for drawer or shelf inserts
This system stands out with a very simple principle that is still highly flexible and very stable, yet requires little filament
Suitable for drawers, shelves, or as a flexible display case Also ideal as inserts in motorhome or caravan cabinets to prevent items like kitchen utensils from falling over
Walls with 2-10 Slots, Flexibly Configurable
Divider walls are available with 2-10 slots, ranging from 45mm to 285mm in length and 50mm in height each Even larger inserts can be created using connectors
The slots always extend halfway up the divider walls and can therefore be used from both the top and the bottom
Please do not be misled by this image or the screenshot in the print profiles The divider walls appear solid here, but after slicing, they are printed as a grid The grid pattern is defined by the infill raster and becomes visible through omitted top and bottom layers By selecting a different infill or a different infill percentage, you can also print a different pattern
Four Variants
There are a total of four variants/print profiles in three sizes to choose from
The 50mm high variants are available with round or sharp corners
Depending on the print bed, some adhesive or brim might be helpful
Planning via Affinity File
Good preliminary planning is helpful for a grid The 10-slot divider wall (only available at 50mm height) is 285mm long An extension piece can be used for longer divider walls One orientation of the divider walls always has the slots facing downwards, the other orientation upwards
A 2D visualization can help with planning For this, I have prepared a planning file in Affinity format (download here), which contains all divider walls with their correct lengths Screenshots of the planning file can be found under the images Affinity by Canva can be downloaded for free
After considering how the grid should be constructed, select the appropriate divider walls according to the number of slots and place them on a new build plate
