Design Features:

• Perfect 45mm Fit: Specifically designed for tap bases with a 45mm diameter.
• Integrated Nut/Bolt Slots: The clamp features hexagonal recesses for M6 nuts, ensuring they stay in place during assembly.
• Non-Slip Grip: Internal surfaces are designed to be lined with strips of bicycle inner tube (rubber) for maximum grip and tap protection.
• Two-Part Assembly: Includes a main clamp and a press-fit elbow adapter. The hose is secured to the adapter using a standard zip tie or hose clamp.
• Tool-less Maintenance: Includes printable "butterfly" knobs for the M6 hardware, allowing for hand-tightening without the need for wrenches.

Hardware Required (BOM):

• Option A: 2x M6 Threaded Rods (70mm) + 4x M6 Nuts.
• Option B: 2x M6 Bolts (70mm) + 2x M6 Nuts.
• Grip Material: Small strips of a recycled bicycle inner tube (glued to the inner diameter).
• Fixing: 1x Zip tie or hose clamp to secure the hose to the elbow.

Print Settings (Tested on QIDI X-CF Pro):

• Material: PETG (Recommended for its chemical and temperature resistance).
• Walls/Perimeters: 4 (Crucial for the strength of the threaded sections).
• Infill: 25% Gyroid (Giroid).
• Layer Height: 0.2mm.
• Supports: Only needed for the overhangs of the elbow adapter and bolt holes.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Glue rubber strips inside the two halves of the clamp.
2. Insert M6 nuts into the hexagonal recesses in the clamp and the butterfly knobs.
3. Secure the clamp around the tap base using the M6 rods/bolts.
4. Press-fit the elbow adapter into the clamp mount.
5. Slide the drain hose onto the adapter and secure it tightly with a zip tie.
