Description

Maximize your machine's efficiency with the SICLab High-Airflow Cup Tray. This version features a dense, full-grid "dot" pattern designed for maximum heat dissipation from the boiler directly to your espresso cups.

  • Enhanced Ventilation: The full-hole pattern ensures your cups warm up significantly faster by allowing steam and heat to rise freely.
  • Precision Cutout: Includes a custom-tailored notch to ensure a "snap-fit" installation around the machine's frame.
  • Industrial Aesthetic: A clean, perforated metal look that complements the Gaggia Classic's stainless steel body.
  • SIClab Quality: Features our signature logo integrated into the design for brand authenticity and also the Gaggia logo.

Print Settings

To maintain the integrity of the many small holes, use these settings:

  • Infill: 15% (Higher infill helps with the thin walls between the holes).
  • Print Speed: Low Speed (Crucial! Fast speeds can "tear" the small circles of the grid, leading to a messy finish).
  • Retraction: Ensure your retraction settings are dialed in to avoid "stringing" between the hundreds of holes.
  • Material:
    • PLA: Heat resistant enough for the top tray area.
    • Translucent PETG: Highly recommended for this model; it creates a beautiful "light-leak" effect through the holes when the machine is on.
