  • DeWALT DWST14925 Organizer x 1: Organizer container which these bins fit into.

Description

v2 Print Profiles have updated design to the corners of the bins allowing better fitment with the lid closed.

This is a complete redesign from the ground up of the very common Dewalt Pro Organizer (DWST14925) bins. I made the 3D models from scratch in Sketchup because I did not like the other bins available to print on makerworld or other 3d print file sites. I have included many plates in the .3mf file of the various bins I have designed. I printed all the test pieces with either bambulabs basic PLA or Sunlu PLA. Both came out great and the quality is exceptional. in the design I added chamfered edges to strengthen the bins and inmprove print quality and I also designed them to be slightly different than original so no supports are needed when printing. These bins are a bit thicker than some of the other models but I believe these are far superior than what is out there.

A big design feature that was an oversight for many of the models is a notch has been designed into the dividers of the divided bins to account for the bump on the underside of the lid which many of the other designs do not account for thus making the lid not sit flush.

These bins should also fit the Stanley Fatmax shallow organizer. I have not personally tried these bins in them because I do not own any.
